Position Summary:
Assists the Medical-Surgical Patient Care Director and Nurse Manager by performing administrative, scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, quality, and policy support functions. Oversees staffing schedules and payroll/timekeeping for the unit. Manages leadership scheduling, staff meeting coordination, quality dashboards and data collection, and policy tracking.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
Associate degree in business administration, secretarial science or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling/timekeeping systems required.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills required.
Medical terminology preferred.
Pay Range:
$22 - $26 per hour
