 General Maintenance II
Position Summary: Performs a wide-variety of skilled maintenance activities at the Saranac Lake and other health centers owned/operated by AMC to include work in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, minor renovations, and grounds maintenance. Educational Requirements/Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Technical school training preferred. 5 or more years experience working in facilities maintenance or equivalent. Reliable person capable of working without close supervision. Willingness to learn new skills essential to the job. Must be able to work in areas that are frequently hot and dirty and be able to lift heavy objects. Must have valid driver’s license with clean record.
