Position Summary:

The Controller will oversee all aspects of the Finance department including budget preparation, month end reporting, and cost reports preparation. The Controller will work to develop in depth cost accounting reports to aid in the strategic decision-making process and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred
2. CPA preferred
3. Healthcare experience required
4. Ability to communicate verbally and written in a clear, concise manner
5. Ability to identify, initiate, execute, and manage process improvement opportunities
6. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring and managing performance of staff
7. Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
8. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
9. Strong understanding of finance and accounting including financial statements analysis

Salary Range:

$102,000 - $137,000 per year based on experience
