Position Summary:

The Clinical Lead provides leadership to Ambulatory Services through a collaborative/team approach and manages the over-all nursing functions of the Units under Ambulatory Services.  Manages the nursing staff of the Ambulatory Units, and provides direction, leadership, and assistance.  As a Registered Nurse, the Clinical Lead is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team. 

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

1. Current NYS License, graduate of an accredited school of nursing, minimum of one-year acute care nursing experience
2. BSN Preferred or AND with 2+ years’ experience
3. ACLS certification within one year of hire
4. PALS certification within two years of hire
5. AORN Certification preferred
6. Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.

Pay Range:

$38.79 - $56.11 per hour
