Position Summary:

Responsible for administering treatments and physical agents as directed by the Staff Physical Therapist, after the Physical Therapist has evaluated the patient.  The PT Assistant assists with the restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.

Educational Requirements/Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Maintains license/registration under New York State requirements.  No previous experience required but suggested.

Salary Range:

$25.18 - $37.73 per hour
