Position Summary:

Responsible for a wide variety of building and grounds work. Performs work in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, as well as manual labor.

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

1. High school Diploma or equivalent.
2. 3 year’s experience working in floor care,+ maintenance or equivalent.
3. Must have a valid driver’s license with good record.
4. Must have the ability to display professional demeanor in the workplace and be able to complete physically demanding work including lifting heavy loads.
5. Must be flexible to work all three shifts when needed.
6. Must be flexible to travel to and work at any Adirondack Health facility as needed.
