Position Summary:

Provide routine services in caring for all patients seen in the Health Care Center. Provide health teaching to prevent or stabilize potential health problems. Assists the MD or PA as required. Assists the Nurse Manager in maintaining daily functioning of the Health Care Center according to established policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of New York.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices and techniques.

Site:

Required to float to all outpatient clinics. 

Salary Range:

$25.69 - $38.49 per hour
