Women's Health Ultrasound Technician

Position Summary:

1. Develop a Women�s Health Imaging program within the Women�s Health Center

2. Develop quality initiatives to improve service of Ultrasound imaging in the Women�s Health Center

3. Obtain and maintain AIMU certification

4. Manage scheduling of patients for ultrasound Imaging

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

High school diploma and or GED
Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology program
RDMS certification in OB/GYN Ultrasonography
5 or more years of experience in OB/GYN specialized ultrasonography preferred
Accreditation by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) experience
Certification as an RDMS in cardiology

Salary Range:

$31.72 - $44.78 per hour
